The Art'Occhi collection
This collection originates from the need of externalizing inwardness.
The leitmotif is easier to grasp when the two main inspirational elements are combined: the geometric angle of incidence that characterizes the essence of a face between the line of the gaze and the predominant verticality of its shape, counterposed to the peculiarity of the only luminescent tissue of the human body, the iris.

The dominant, (contemplative), reflective eye, sacrifices then itself to regurgitate the gastric polychrome of that part of inner-self that every living being tends to hide, aiming to ensure a suitable coefficient of decency, opposed to the primordial nudity/bareness.
Papillon, the last work of the Art’Occhi collection, can be considered as a translation work towards Arca Gate, both for the concave/three-dimensional structure of the painting and the self-denied soul that goes towards a destructuralization of the existence, semiological phagocytosis, in an emphatic self-harming, of every form of art.
